V16.1 - [Ctrl-F9] Standard Colors not "sticky"?

Weird behaviour after we installed v16.1 b1628.  The [Ctrl-F9] Preferences | Diagram | Standard Colors selections are not "sticky"!  That is, we keep having to reset them.  We change the Element Text and Notes colours, and they keep reverting (at seemingly random times when you switch back to EA (from some other app)).  Also, it is both 64-bit and 32-bit.

Is anyone else seeing this?  We see it on multiple machines (though most are accessed via RDP).

[EDIT:  Just noticed that [Ctrl-F9] Preferences | Diagram | Behaviour | Alias Usage is also not sticky!  It keeps trying to set (*) Use Alias and Name as the usage.  We have only ever used (*) Alias only for over a decade!  So where it gets the idea from is unknown.]
