Custom Stereotypes with linked documents

Currently I am playing around with the MDG Technology.
And I wanted to ask if it is possible to create a stereotype which automatically generates a linked document on creation?

Also
Does anybody know how to set up the "Predefined Structured Types" in the MDG?
I was able to do this with _scriptlet but its kinda jank.
And Sparx support isn't answering.
