Prolaborate graph selection issue

Hello,

Working on a dashboard graph widget, I selected a package with my elements but I cannot remove some of the subpackages or elements.
In the example below, I need to remove a subpackage and an element
[X] Applications (pkg)
    [X] Orders (pkg)
    [  ] HR (pkg)
    [X] APP1 (element)
    [ ] APP2 (element)
    [X] APP3 (element)
