Local letters don't come out the same in ProLaborate as in Sparx EA

We are running ProLaborate on a local ProCloud server and have an issue with the Swedish letters å, ä och ö. We know of other Swedish organisations who run on local hardware but don't get this problem.

The link below shows how å, ä och ö turn up in Sparx EA. The letters are rendered without any artifacts or issues.

When you watch the same text block through ProLaborate, å, ä och ö are all elevated (click link below). The text turns up the same if you check the diagram in WebEA, so my suspicion is that it has something to do with the configuration of the software which generates images of the diagrams.
