Create stereotyped Methods programmatically

Thanks for answering qwerty, but I'm not clarified so I'll elaborate a bit more.
In my UML profile diagram I've defined a stereotype that extends the Operation metaclass and that has some tagged values, being one of them of the type of an Enumeration I've also defined in this diagram.
If I drag these stereotyped operations from the toolbox all tagged values are loaded, but when I create them programmatically none of them appear. That's why I need a way to solve this issue.
