docGenerator.InsertTableOfContents()

I am getting strange page numbering in the ToC generated by docGenerator.InsertTableOfContents(), when the page number exceeds single digits, as illustrated below.

3.3    OAT Compute View      8
3.4    Project Diving Mart      8
3.5    OAT Compute View System      9
3.6    OAT Compute Table      1_
4    Deployment Development      1_
4.1    Platform & Monitoring Summary - Development      1_
4.2    Platform & Monitoring - Non-standard details      1_
4.3    Decision Rationale - Development      1_

I've seen something similar. Try updating the TOC field in the document, either manually or in the code.
