Elements instances
« on: March 20, 2014, 10:04:17 pm »
Hello!

How can I refer differently to regular element and instance of this element?

For example, the type of component and component instance is the same: component. What is the way to differentiate?

Thanks in advance!

I think the only difference is that component instance has Classifier and Classifier_guid filled in.

Instances have Object_Type == Object.

Any classified element (usually those are instances; don't know if there are more) has Classifier/_guid as Geert said.
