Behavior of TaggedValue Association Relationship

Hi,
Can anyone please explain the <<TaggedValue>> Association relationship behavior within a profile to me? Or point me to the corresponding documentation, I could not find anything.

Can this method only do RefGUID references, or is it possible to link to primitives defined in other classes as well, e.g. integers?

No. YOu can't link any attributes in other stereotypes. Just use a naming convention and create simple attributes in your stereotype which will result in simple tagged values.
