How to generate table of reference documents

Hi

I'm new to the document generation and I just want to create a fragment I can use to generate a table of reference documents.
So I would like EA to find all document artefacts in a package and below. and lists these in a nice table. E.g.

Documents Alias     Doc Name    Version

What would the template look like and if I don't care which sub package they are in how do I get them all in one table?

Any help would be much appreciated
