Profile creation

I am trying to follow the steps described in http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/12.0/extending_uml_models/createprofile.html to create a custom UML Profile. Unfortunately, I seem to be stuck somewhere between steps 2 and 3. I cannot find a of dragging the profile item into the diagram. In fact, I think I might not even have the right toolbox.

Is it possible to create custom UML profiles with EA 12 Professional? If so, how can become unstuck?

Profiles can be created with any EA version. Maybe you could read my writeup: http://community.sparxsystems.com/tutorials/552-24intro-to-creating-a-mdg-file (It does not make use of any wizardry).
