Hi,

I'm planning to roll out the Cloud Services for EA. Does anyone know how to create a self-signed certificate using OpenSSL?

An RTF document (Cloud Services.rtf) is installed with the client. The table of contents lists 23 pages, much of which is very important to have. However the document only has 4 pages.

Some of the sections listed in the TOC are not in the help files anywhere. For example:
IIS Integration (optional)      14
HTTP Module      14
ISAPI Module      18
Configuration settings      20

Troubleshooting      22
Creating a Self-Signed Certificate using OpenSSL      23

Question for Sparx: Is the complete version of this document available anywhere?
