basic question on maintaining reporting templates

Hi, I am a beginner on reporting, have to maintain a couple of existing templates used in pdf reports for some systems. I succeeded in finding the templates in resources/document templates/model and edited a single template with inbuilt editor and saved it. When I generate a pdf report for a system using these templates the changes I made to the template are not there. Do I have to do some additional things after editing the template to get the new version of it visible in reports ?

No, if you change the correct template then the changes are visible immediately.

So you probably changed the wrong template. :-/

Hi, it seems that we have some kind of tailored reporting, not the standard one provided by the tool. If may be based on some 3rd party tool. I try to contact the guy who originally tailored it.
