Database Builder importing from ODBC errors

I use the new tool Database Builder to compare my data model and a live database. The attempts to import changes from ODBC frequently end with errors like:
„DAO.Field [3136] The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.” for a file project and
„Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server [-214721833] String or binary data would be truncated” for a DBMS project.
Could you provide any help? Thanks.
