i am new user for EA please tell me how i link case worker to entity and i try to click help content tell me you should download help html form the site, i download the file then executed the file tell me i have the latest version of html help until now i can not run help

I experienced the same message from the help system. .

Apparently Microsoft has changed IExplorer to automatically block .chm files, even when downloaded in a zip.

In my case, bringing up the Properties of the EA.chm file and clicking 'Unblock' button solved the problem.
