How to configure a debugger

Hello every body:
I really need help in this. I am not able to get the software to debug properly. I need to be able to generate a sequence diagam for a package (assembley, library). I tried every thing I can, but out of luck. Any help will be highly appretiated. The examples and the documentation are not providing me with what I need. I am getting this error when I debbug (not enough info for me) :
