MDG based profile not in resources window

Just installed build 827. My MDG technology loads automatically from the  <program files>\Sparx Systems\EA\MDGTechnologies folder like it should, and it works fine. But it's not visible in the resources window. So how am I to synchronize tagged values defined in my profile?

What I do know is that this behavior - not showing the 'embedded' technology in the Resources window - is the way new technologies work. This has other ramifications; try to read your custom shape scripts.

I have brought this up with Sparx. As far as the scripts go we don't (yet) have this solved. As for the stereotypes, I keep thinking there is a solution. Search the form, back to mid-last year or so, and you might find it.

[Of course, I might be talking through my hat here. Since I don't remember what the solution was, it's entirely possible there was not one in the first place.]

I've also just discovered this bug.
Import an MDG technology, but UML profiles do _not_ appear in the resources window.
In my case it is an MDG that I created myself (I can supply for testing).
Worked fine in 7.0, but appears to have been broken in 7.1.

I might have to revert - I need to be able to add stereotypes to an existing model, and then sync to get a host of tagged values.
But I don't want to revert since I need the XMI/Rose improvements.
Have Sparx commented on this?
