License Issue

We have a couple of shared licenses. I have been working with the tool for a coupel of months. Today when I tried to access the key I was send to the License Management and when I tried to add the key I got an error message: “No keys available”
Could you please tell me what is the issue and the solution?

Enough users have keys reserved that you've exceeded your capacity.

As for solutions, there are a few possibilities.

  • Buy more shared keys to add to your keystore.
  • Change the configuration on your keystore so that keys are valid for less time (or are automatically returned). Although it may already be set to one day validity and auto return.
  • Go to a collegue and ask them to stop using EA so that you can.
  • Go to a collegue's computer while they are away and return a key.

In the long term though you probably need to do the first one.
