Sort in search not working (beta02)

2 bugs:
1) the date is not sorted correctly. dd-mm-yyyy is sorted like a ddmmyyyy integer, not like yyyymmdd
2) once a column is marked sorted and the next search is done then the column still has the sort marker, but no sorting is done. Easy solution: remove the marker. Better solution: do the sort as shown. Additionally: there needs to be a no-sort option (e.g. 3 clicks for up-down-none)

Tried to submit via beta bug report but got an server error. Will try once again later (if I don't forget it).
Edit:Now it worked after a 'Please fill in fields' for no fields intermediate page

Also note that sort on Phase filed (probably also other fields) is not in decimal number format - example 200 is seen as a larger value than 1000 due to the leading integer 2.

Phase is meant to be a free-form text field.

For example, one could have the "Analysis" and "Implementation" phases, which would sort before the "Testing" phase, but around the "Coding" phase.
