EA/settings/people cant delete EAExmple resources

Hi all,


I have two issues in the EA/Settings/People...  menu.

1. can't delete people resources

In my project, EA/Settings/People/Resources tab has several entries.
Because my project is derived from EAExample.eap, some entries are from EAExample, e.g. "Jane Ward, VB Programmer".  

Strangely, there are some of these entries for which the "Delete" button is grayed-out. For example Jane Ward.

Any of the entries that I have added, it is possible to delete. From the entries that came from EAExample, some could be deleted and some could not.

How can I delete these entries?


2. duplicate entries in "Reported by:" menu

The information in EA/Settings/People... are used to populate other lists. One place is
"Maintenance Window\Element Defects tab\Reported by:".
In that list I have duplicate entries like
Bill
Bill
Fred
Fred
Sue
Sue
.
I wonder if that is because I put Bill, Fred and Sue into
EA/Settings/People/Project Author(s) tab
and into
EA/Settings/People/Resources tab.
Either I am using these lists incorrectly, or there should be some duplicate checking before the choices for "Reported by:" are populated.
(I assume that the Project Authors will always be a subset of the available Resources to work on the project.) Any thoughts?

The Delete button appears to be disabled if the Organisation field is empty. Type something in the Organisation field and press Save and you should be allowed to delete the record. Can you send in a bug report please, then someone can fix this behaviour?

Yes, it looks like EA is aggregating the Project Authors list and Resources list. I agree, duplicates should be removed. Can you add that to bug report please? Thanks.
