Listing elements in a package

Howdy,

I'm creating a very small app that lets me create and edit sequence diagrams for rapid entry.

To faciliate this process, I want to bind some combo boxes (supplier and client) with the elements in my package.  

I tried simply iterating through the package.Elements collection, but it seems to be incomplete.  When I instead iterated through all of the diagramObject collections of all of my diagrams, I was able to get a complete list.  Unfortunately, that's slowwwwwwwwwwwww.

Any thoughts on how I could quickly generate a collection of all of my elements?
