Build 833 - RTF generator show 1 anonymous note

I just upgraded to build 833 and found that generating documents made with build 832 now suddenly showed notes which are in the diagrams. (Not the note of the diagram itself, but the note you can put on the diagram.) This on itself is something I didn't expect because these notes are allready visible in the diagram itself, but it also seems as if the RTF generator only shows 1 note!?
If I try to hide these note-fields from the "document options" in the RTF template, I encounter an element in the generated document as below. This $help is one of the 3 hyperlinks on the same diagram. Also here, the other hypeerlinks are not shown.
Afaik, there should be no need to display anything like this at all.

Nor have I seen this mentioned. I suggest you file a bug report with Sparx. Use the Report a Bug link near the bottom of any forum page.
