Update Use Case Priority in Element List not saved

Hi:
I am new to this product, and cannot seem to figure out why this is not working.  I would appreciate any guidance on this.  It seems simple enough ...

I am trying to manage the Priority of the use cases by assigning the Priority attribute in the Element List for all the use cases in a Use Case Model top level pacakge.

When I close the view and reopen it, the updates disappear.  I can't seem to be able to update this attribute, though I was able to update other attributes like version and phase directly in the element list.

All packages in the use case model are Version Control in Subversion.


I am using version 7.1.833
