Element and Package Locking

Hi:

I locked some of my elements and packages so that no one (including myself) can edit them. However, I just noticed that although they cannot be edited after locked, but they can still be DELETED by any user. I don’t think it makes sense to allow everyone to delete a locked element or package.

Can anyone please advise?

I can advise that it makes NO sense but is EAUI...
