Stored Procedure order issue

G'day guys,
I'm having an issue where I've created a database diagram, and set up foreign keys etc and that builds beutifully, however when it comes to stored procedures, the dependencies don't seem to count, so I am getting stored procs which are generated out of order.  Is there something that I am doing wrong with the generation of the DDL from the diagram?
