Problems with HTML Documentation

We are using the HTML documentation generator to create a view into the Enterprise Architecture data collection. We are also using the DoDAF plugin. At the front end of the business view, we are using the DoDAF entry screen.

We are encountering a problem where the links from the DoDAF entry screen links to the artefacts do not always work. However, once the artefacts have been opened through the tree view, the links will then open. Not sure where the problem lies. Any hints?
