EA 7.5 crashes & burns when "Debug"  is tried

Take EA 7.1 "eap" data, use legacy code, "Debug" is set to attach, select "Build.." from right click menu, select debug.  BOOM!   :question :exclamation

There is also the issue when the stack trace is not printed to the directory/file that the error dialog said it would.  :question :exclamation
