Objects in diagram crammed together under high DPI
« on: April 15, 2009, 12:54:41 am »
Hi,

I'm using EALite 7.5 to view a class diagram, all the classes in the diagram are crammed into the left half of the screen, and they overlap each other which makes the diagram very hard to read. The right side of the screen is empty, how do I make the diagram use the whole screen to layout the diagram?

This only happens when I uses high DPI (200%, 192dpi), if I use normal DPI, the diagram is laid out nicely.

Thanks.

First, update your EALite to build 844. I think I saw something about handling high-DPI resolution in the release notes (but I did not check, so you might want to).

If you still have the problem, I suggest you send a bug report to Sparx. If you are not a registered user then get the Sparx Support email from the About Us page (using the link at the top of any forum page-scroll to the bottom); attach compressed screen prints of the scrunched and normal diagrams.

No, you can't have it!

Ok, thanks for the suggestion. I tried build 844, the problem still exists, I have sent an email to support (not a registered user), hopefully they can get this resolved soon.
