Bugg report Registered users

The web page for bug reports from registered users doesn’t work.
The “Submit Bug” button newer activates.
I’m using internet explorer 8 on Vista.

Just worked for me using IE8 on VISTA

HOWEVER, make sure you have ALL the mandatory fields selected.  I got caught by the Repository Type NOT being set...  (It remembered all the other stuff from a previous submission)
