Horizontal swimlanes switching mysteriously

I have a number of activity diagrams that use horizontal swimlanes. When I generate a document using the RTF generator, these diagrams appear as intended but when I go back to the model, randomly, one of the diagrams that was included in the RTF document has switched to vertical swimlanes and the swimlane colour has reverted back to black!

This happened a number of times but cannot reliably replicate this yet, has anybody else noticed this?

Are you sure you saved the diagrams before running the RTF document generation?
