EA_OnNotifyContextItemModified

We are using "EA_OnNotifyContextItemModified" in a C# Add-In.

Most of the time it works, but it is not called in the following two cases:
1) Modification of the contents of an operation's Behavior box
2) Modification of the contents of a state transition's Effect box

Is this a bug ?  If so, when will it be corrected ?

Is there a workaround ?

That pretty much sounds like a bug to me.
