Copy attributes/operations not working

In EA's Help, the instructions for copying attributes/operations between elements are the same for a simple "move": click and drag. And it simply doesn't work.
Is there something I missed? How do you copy attributes/operations between elements?

Hi Daniele,

You need to drag the feature from the browser to the target element on the diagram to make a copy.  I can't speak for the Help instructions, but that's what you are missing.

Dragging stuff solely in the browser will simply move the feature between elements.
