Stereotype dropdown list in Diagrams properties
« on: February 02, 2010, 09:35:20 am »
Hi there,

It looks like the stereotype dropdown list in the Diagrams properties window won't polupate itself from the currently used stereotypes. Or should we define this list from somewhere else?

Thanks,

Yves.

Go to Settings>UML and on the Stereotypes tab define stereotypes with base class set to "diagram"...

Hi! We use TFS system with our EA Project. Each user sets some new specific stereotypes in mentioned manner (Settings>UML and on the Stereotypes tab).
Problem is, that if one user defines a stereotype (name, colour and perhaps alternated image) others do not (always) see this custom stereotype.

Sometimes, we don't see each others' stereotypes at all, other times we can use the stereotype, but its properties do not apply (most time colour).

Is there any explanation for this behaviour? Is there perhaps some proper protocol for defining new stereotype if using version control?

thankyou
