Build 854 : "ERD to Data Modeling" template

In build 8.0.854 (beta 3) the transformation template has 2 small errors.
Line 145 and line 147 ends with
%connectorSourceElemName%qt%
and
%connectorDestElemName%qt%

There is a % sign missing. Lines should end with
%%qt% instead of %qt%

After fixing this, the transformation runs with no error message, when the association has multiplicities.
