Unable to install
« on: May 10, 2010, 04:35:43 pm »
I get the following stupid error: Error 1925 with HRESULT 0x80070003.

Here it is the detailed install log file.

Any ideas ?

Already checked:

1) Presence of spyware/virus. Disable anti-virus.
2) Running it from administrator account after enable-ing.

The results are the same in all the cases.

You might want to include details about EA version and operating system.

Have you searched the forum (using the top left button) for windows 7 and x64 (or 64bit)?
I seem to recall some topics that had similar issues.

This here looks to be the offending line:

Code: [Select]

Do you have any restrictions on sxs assemblies running under WoW64? Does the log file mentioned in the error message provide any useful information?
Best Regards,

Michael
