Relation Notelinks can't be selected

When you attach a Note or Constraint to a relation, the Notelink arc can't be selected and thus you have no control over the line routing - such as you have with Notelinks between Notes and vertexes.

While understanding that the relationship end is, effectively, pinned (as of build 856), it seems to me that the rest of the line should be treated consistently with other Notelinks.

As to the first question - "Boogered if ah know lad..."

As to the second point; I'm just establishing a reference point so that in years to come we can say which build it was first reported...

While we're at it, the Association Class link also isn't selectable or routable.  Can someone else pop in a Bug Report for that?
