Tagged value not being picked up by RTF template

Hi,

I have created a MDG technology that includes custom tag values, profiles and RTF templates.

The profile extends the requirement element by adding the tag values, and those tag values are used in one of the RTF templates.

When I create a new requirement, the tag values are automatically added OK and I can update their values. But when I generate a RTF document, the values for those tags do not populate the document.  They are blank in the document.

If I delete and re-add the tagged value to the requirement, then the RTF template picks them up OK.

The spelling of the tag values in the profile and RTF templates are correct.

Is this a known error in sparx?  Is there a solution?
