Structured Scenarios & context reference
« on: August 24, 2010, 10:56:10 pm »
Hi, I am new here so I hope this issue has not been raised already (I did check but I may have missed it).

I have created a component diagram with some components which are shared so I have created instances of them in multiple places. When writing up a use case using Structured Scenarios I found that although I can select one of the component instances to insert as a context reference within the step the reference loses the component name so, for example, "Instance :OfComponent" becomes "Instance :OfComponent" rather than "Instance :OfComponent" which is what I want. Does anyone have any ideas why that happens and what I can do to work around it?

Secondly, does anyone have any idea if it is possible to insert context references to operations on components into structured scenarios?

First, it's using only the linked object name, not the classifier name.

Second, no, that hasn't been implemented.
