Generating XML Schema using Local Path

Hi

I'm having trouble whilst attempting to generate an XML Schema file when using a "local path" token (Settings | Local Path...). For example, attempting to use the file path: %SRC%\project\xsd\filename.xsd does not work and always results in the "Error creating xml file" error being displayed. Has anyone else managed to get this working for XML Schema generation?
