I'm also seeing this behaviour, but find that you can usually highlight the label by clicking in the vicinity of the aggregation symbol.

You can then move the label by dragging the mouse (but not if you move the mouse and click where the label appears to be)...

...or more easily by using Shift+arrows to move the label.
