Constraint not text limited

As far as I can tell, for all other vertices other than a Constraint, you can't make the shape smaller then the text contained within it.

However, for an attached Constraint, this is NOT the case.

This inconsistency (and bug) needs to be be fixed.


Steps:
Create an attached constraint with a longish constraint text.

Alter the shape so that it is smaller than the contained text.

Observe that (unlike Notes, for example) EA does NOT re-size the shape to contain the text completely.
