Issues and Glossary definition with source control

Hi,

I have a problem with getting a package from source control (I am using SCC plugin with MS Team System). How can I keep the issues and glossary in this package when other developer try to get the package? I notice the fact that a can export and import reference data but I want a solution that to not need the .EAB file to work.
