rtf doc does not reflect formatting within notes

Hi all,
I have been putting some info into the notes field of an element.
I marked a couple of lines within another color (blue).

Generating some RTF doc is quite strange:
- first and last line behave like specified within the RTF template (I put template to red color)
- black stays black, but does not have right formatting
- blue text also changes into smaller text with different font

Any idea
Too strange.
