Showing implementation in RTF reports

I am generating a report from EA on a set of requirements.  I have found a way to define almost everything I need in my report template.

  However, I cannot find how to report the use cases that implement each requirement.  This is the same information as in the Implementation Report.

    Can anyone help?       Thanks, Alan
