enterprise architect - copy diagram

Hi,
I have a sequence diagram with notes attached to some messages.
When I copy the diagram the notes are copied but they not connected to the messages...

How do I make them remain connected?

Hhmmm.  In EA 8 build 864 I don't see this behaviour whether a deep copy is used or a shallow one.  

The note links appear whether the note was exposing a feature of an element as well as if the note is independent.  

Which version of EA are you using ?

There used to be some serious issues with the diagram copy functionality in earlier versions.
(in one case it even destroyed to original sequence diagram).
AFAIK these issues have been fixed int he latest 8.0 version.

I'm using EA 8.0.864 trail version.

The notes that where attached to a message in the original diagram become independent in the new diagram. I want those notes to remain connected to the message (the message is between two classes).

Can it be some kind of a local bug..? Maybe something to do with the fact that it's a trail version..?

Try v9 to see whether it is fixed.
It won't be related to the fact that you are using a trial version.
