Cut/Copy/Paste Bug

Seems to be a general bug, that cut/copy/paste menus do not properly reflect if objects/text exist on the clipboard.

I still can use the Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V to do the commands...but if I "cut" via the menu in one object description and I want to paste that into a new object (e.g. requirement), the menu item doesn't allow a paste.
