When opening a file:// of EA 9 generated html it fails to open in Chrome (hangs saying loading) or Firefox (blank page) {latest versions}.
IE 8 works fine.
Opera suggests that you set opera:config#UserPrefs|AllowFileXMLHttpRequest (paste into address) and then works fine.
