Structured scenario line breaks
« on: June 28, 2011, 04:43:20 am »
Hello,
I am a new user to Enterprise Architect 9.
I am generating .RTF documents based on use cases, however I have not yet figured out how to control formatting over scenarios.
I enter step 1, step 2, and step 3, and it comes out looking like this:

Scenarios
1 blah blah 2 blah blah 3 blah blah

When I want it to look like this:

Scenarios
1 blah blah
2 blah blah
3 blah blah

With three short steps it is not too much of an inconvenience, but we have some use cases with 10 complicated steps.. and one big long mess of a paragraph is not so easy for others to read.

What can I do, to control how the scenario text gets formatted?

Thank you for your help,
Jason

Have a look at the templates. In addition to the since substitution for scenario text, there are sections that you can use to iterate over each step and apply whatever formatting you like.
