Disappearing foreign keys

Hi. In our project we create a physical model in EA 7.5. Our EA repository is stored in SVN (each package separately.) We noticed that foreign keys defined in separate packages disappear in unspecified moments! In the properties of such a key it can be seen that the key consists of only one column. In such a case, the only solution is to delete it and define a new foreign key. Does anyone of you met with such behavior of EA?

I would add that the keys disappear when I create a foreign key between tables located in other packages. At the time of making the "Check in" at one of the packages, information about the key is lost. Please help.
