QueryDef error then EA crashes generating doc.

I am trying to use the documentation generation features of EA to generate some documentation which has been working fine. However, recently I am getting the following error from EA when trying to generate my document followed by EA crashing:

DAO.QueryDef [3075]

Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 't_package.Package_ID IN (3,910,915,171...

The message actually contains a large amount of integers separated by commas and unfortunately I cannot take a screenshot of it.

Does anybody know of this error? Is there a patch or workaround?
