Does anyone know if Sparx is still doing business or supporting Enterprise Architect?

After accepting payment for EA8 Professional Edition license, Sparx has disabled my login, won't respond to any Emails, and of course, has no support phone numbers. We would appreciate any information you have regarding the status of this software product.

I'd say Sparx is currently too busy to shovel money in their cellar since they obviously sold many licenses in the past. It could also be that their cellar is wet due to too much rain. But definitely they are in business.

Aaron,

Thanks for your response. However, [email protected] is one of the addresses that I have tried, three times so far. Others also tried were [email protected] and [email protected].

There are no failed to deliver notifications nor firewall/virus notifications so clearly they just don't want to be bothered. Do you know of any competing products that might be used in place of EA? I know that attempts to recover my money will take a long time but I'll get started on that.

I have similar issue,
few months back, Sparx systems told me they will get back to me, and I have never heard from them since.

Since then I've sent two emails and no reply.

Now that you mention it...

I have sought further information regarding a registered support request and not received a response.

I wonder if they're having trouble with their email provider?

I did as well asked for more informations about a feature and a bug/issue i reported. i haven't got more Information about it at all, but i know the [email protected] still works
